I took my truck in for a scheduled oil change and it was returned to me with an check engine light on. The dealership informed me that they were 3–5 days out before they could even look at the problem. They referred to this delay as part of the "diagnostic process," which is misleading. In reality, no diagnostic work begins until someone actually inspects the vehicle. Having a truck sit untouched in a parking lot for several days is not diagnosing — it’s delaying. Why can’t the appointment be scheduled more efficiently? Why am I, the paying customer with a valid warranty, forced into a holding pattern that benefits no one but the dealership?

My appointment was at 9:00 am to have bow ties changed out. It took 2 hours. There were people in came in behind me for oil changes that finished before I did. When I asked what the delay was, I was told that they are installing my other items as well. No they were not! My other items were a sun shade and a bumper guard. These are items do not come with nor require installation.

I got there at 7 and watched as the doors opened. I was fourth in line. I needed an oil change and a check on a failed radio system update. I left at 9:30. It might make business sense to get routine things like oil changes done faster. I can save 2 hours and about $50 by going to a quick lube joint.

I have dealt with the most rudest , unprofessional and disrespectful individuals ever. I took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation, needless to say I did not get my tires rotated like I specifically asked for because Jara had a sever attitude, he had one when I pulled up and always had one ever since I been going there. When I went to checked out I asked if they had put air in the tires , he said they should have and asked for the ticket back from the cashier and realized he didn’t put it down to do , and then asked me if wanted him to take the truck back , I said yes it should have done the first time. He mad stump over to the computer to put in the work order throwing a fit the whole time . Not one apology mentioned. I waited for almost a hour before I checked on the truck . I had asked the cashier him , his back was to her I know he heard her because she was loud enough the lobby heard , she asked him two more times finally he turned around , he was not on the phone with a customer, they were not busy. On his way through the door over his shoulder I guess I’ll have go back again. He came back an told me it will be another 45 minutes up two hours before they can do the rotate and ask if I wanted someone to take me home and pick me up. One of the techs got sick an went home. I can understand someone getting sick but a little communication would have helped . I told him no I needed to get home. He proceeded with his unprofessional, disrespectful attitude. When I got home I smelled oil burning again and was strong , I was thinking maybe some oil was spilled, mind you it only took me 10 minutes to get home and into my drive. I smelled oil when I got out of the truck when parked in front of my garage. So I looked under the truck didn’t see anything, I proceeded to crawl under the truck on my back, “ a 60 old woman” mind on her back and her knees to see if there was a leak something I asked to be done at the dealership. Opened the hood to check from the top didn’t see anything but you can smell it. I checked the oil. I know the difference between transmission and oil stick . There was barely anything on it . I wiped off the stick put back in and waited a few checked again the same results. I was on a little bit of a incline so I back out into the middle of the street on level ground checked for leaks again crawl back under the truck to check and proceeded to check the oil dip stick same results. Then I called back to the dealership to talk to service manager couldn’t get a hold of him , finally I got a hold of the GM he told me to bring it back he was going to get the service manager his self check it. Took it back customer representative Megan took the truck not the service manager like I was told to the back. “ That is another person that down right dispectful hateful , unprofessional and the rudest” she came back with a picture of the oil on the stick showing it was full. An got nasty with me about it and asked me if I let the truck set idling for 5 to 10 minutes, I told her I just got of the truck just drove it home. She said they let it idle for 10 minutes, that was a lie I wasn’t there that long. Said there was no leaks. I called the service manager he gave me the same song and dance story about they had several come back saying there is no oil and that’s the way trucks are made. I paid a lot money for my truck and have bought multiple vehicles from Weisners in Huntsville and Conroe an had nothing but hell with them for the last four years. I could have went with something else but I like my Chevrolets and GMC. The dealerships are disrespecting women by thinkng we don’t know anything about vehicles and we’re clueless. They think people are clueless about vehicles when we come in for service, we drive these vehicles everyday we know when there is something is wrong listen to us quit blowing the customers off and have people that actually care not just there drawing a pay check. I will not be back to either dealerships, my family want be back , my friends want be back and Weisners you lost close to two hundred thousand dollars in business the day I was in there I had friends sitting in your lot that was going buy a couple of big top of line trucks , they left when I did because of the service I got. This isn’t first time I got this kind of service , even the buying part was bad. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

As far as everything to do with the accident all repairs were done and I was pleased with that. While in the body shop my drivers side mirror mechanism was damaged. It was not like that when I brought the truck in. Body shop personnel said it was not damaged while in body shop and this was not caused by the accident.
